We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Public School or Library Purchase Orders.
When you are done adding to your Shopping Cart, click on "e;Check Out"e; and follow the easy instructions. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Please be sure to include the Title, Price, Tax (California residents only) and Shipping Charge.
For orders placed outside California no sales tax is charged. 9.75% sales tax is added to California orders.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges will automatically be added to your order when ordering with our shopping cart online. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. The shipping and handling charge for schools and libraries is 10% or $9.95 minimum when ordering with a purchase order. 

Returns Policy:
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returns must be shipped prepaid and in salable condition. All returns must be made within 30 days. All claims must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery. Claims that are not made within this period will not be accepted. Returns are not valid without a return authorization number issued by Los Andes.
